Grand Makel Hotel Topkapi Istanbul

We had a luxurious stay at this venue! the indoor swimming pool and sauna were exclusive amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. the room was spacious, with modern decor, and private facilities such as a TV and leisure room. the restaurant offered delicious cuisine and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere.

The only minor issue we had was the location, which was a bit far from popular attractions. this did not detract from the overall excellent experience we had at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. it is situated in a bustling commercial area, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. There are also several nearby restaurants where guests can enjoy a delicious meal. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides good service. The breakfast offers a variety of options to start the day. the location and amenities make it a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Noise from the nearby commercial area can be disruptive at times.

Despite placing an order, we waited an extended period before receiving our food and the staff did not seem attentive to our needs.

During our romantic escape, we loved the location of the hotel. It was nestled in a quiet area, yet still had nearby facilities in case we needed anything. the check-in process was fast and efficient. We had booked a corner suite, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to a spacious Makel suite for free. The room was perfect for our romantic getaway. We also enjoyed being able to view our Netflix account through the TV in our room.

I had a warm welcome from all the staff at Grand Makel Hotel Topkapi. Mustafa, in particular, was a pleasure to deal with. The room service was really good, and all my requests were met. The location of the hotel was convenient, only a 10-minute drive to shopping centers and a short distance from tourist attractions. The sky lounge was lovely, and there were pharmacies, a supermarket, and restaurants just across the road. I stayed in the Suite for two weeks, and it was great. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and we were impressed with the hotel facilities, including the swimming, spa, and sauna facilities. The breakfast offered a large selection of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our needs. They arranged a PCR test for us conveniently within 30 minutes. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and a supermarket, with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.

It was all superb.
